    Hi Felicia! Just wanted to come by and encourage you to not give up! You're doing awesome! I ended up forcing myself to workout last night and I felt so much better afterwards. Tonight I'm struggling again to get motivated. (My motivation doesn't carry over from one day to the next.) Tues-Fri is the hardest for me because my husband works nights, so by the time I get home from work at 7pm, do the night routine with the kids(ages 2 and 3), and let dinner settle, working out is the last thing I want to do. Hang in there girl! We can do it!!!

    Cute new do! I know what you mean about freaking out with not being able to access Spark .. I go through withdrawals when I have a super busy day away from home and can't be on it until later! lol .. I think I'm seriously addicted!! hehe

    I just wanted to say I know you can lose weight even while being in a big truck! I have a friend that did just that! She used smaller equipment (weights included) and of course she made sure to do laps every time she stopped while unloading or at truck stops! You are a strong woman who WILL conquer!

    Hi Welcome to Sparks. You need to ake things nice and slow. Be sure and drink your water and keep account of all the sodas you drink. Then you can limit your soda consumption. Don't cut them all out then that is what you crave the most and it could become a stumbling block. Smiles, Vickie
