Isabel is slowly getting rid of blood pressure medicine!

I'm a stay at home mom of 5 kids all under 7. I've eaten pretty good, but I've always lacked the willpower to be active and workout. But with my blood pressure and sugar rising, gaining unwanted weight, and depression at the door, I found the motivation to get fit. I've been working out for two months now and will be run/walk my first 5k race in April. I've already managed to lower my blood pressure medicine, and once I can start dropping the weight, I hope to get rid of my meds and fend off ...
