Hi Silly! Thanks for commenting on my blog! I actually had the Flex last year for about 6 months (until it broke...bummer) and never had a single problem. But I still think I'm over the wrist-band type. Lots of people have recommended the One, though, so I think I'll try that. Worse case scenario I can always go back to the Flex once I get my refund from FitBit :) Thanks again!
Hi there! I just saw your comment on my journal asking what I did in May to get things going. I decided to go low carb because that works for me. I started with the Atkins Fat Fast...you can Google it if you are interested. I have a really hard time losing weight, and this way of eating really got me going- but you can see, if you average out my weight loss over the past few months, it is about 5 pounds per month. I also started working out harder- climbing a nearby sledding hill, adding some running to my walks, 100's of squats. Anyway, I hope that some of that may help you, too!
