Just another work-related update:

My husband’s boss was very excited that he’s available to work overtime now that he doesn’t have to be home early on my work days. AND -- he said he’s next in line for promotion to supervisor. He wouldn’t have been eligible as a part-time employee, but now that he can work 40 hours (plus) again, the job should be his very soon! WooHoo!!

Glad you're back to exercising again! Me too! Today will be a great day!!

How has your week been going? I've behaved myself for a few days in a row, so I'm finally feeling better. And it looks like the scale should be a teeny tiny bit lower than last Friday's weigh-in.

I kind of had a "Duh" moment yesterday. I only lose weight if I try REALLY REALLY hard, so why do I expect to keep losing if I'm not working very hard at it?

A few days of 1200 - 1400 calories is what I needed. I guess all that exercise doesn't do much if I just EAT all the time! LOL

But I'm getting a pizza on Saturday! The day after our weigh-in :)

I just had some chocolate! LOL But it was after a 90 minute hike, so that's OK, right?

I'm finally getting back on track with exercise, but I've been eating a lot more lately than I was a month ago. I'm trying to cut back, but I've been so busy lately, it makes it more difficult.

What I should do is plan my meals out for the week again...

I'm going to weigh myself tomorrow and see what the damage is. I haven't weighed-in for a while, so I hope it's not too bad.

Have you heard of the Leslie Sansone Walk Strong DVDs? They're a great way to do some easy aerobics inside if the weather is bad.
