Thanks so much for your comment on my picture! It looks like you've made progress, but your status says you're losing motivation. I hate giving unsolicited advice, but I'm going to haha. Just keep making good decisions. Every decision counts, and think of it like practice. Practice make perfect!!!! The motivation and wellness articles on this site have helped me SO much!!! I also blog when I lose that hard drive.
Honestly, I don't feel that fiery motivation that I used to... but that's ok, because the mental changes I've made have stuck. If I want my favorite buffalo chicken strips, I usually don't get them because I know as soon as I eat my tilapia or curry dinner, I'll be happy. But, sometimes I DO get them because I don't believe in deprivation.
Anyway, there's my long schpeel. HANG IN THERE! You can do it, you really can!!!
