Potatoes aren't for couches!

My name is Sarah. I'm 149 lbs and 26 years old. Until the age of 18, I never even had a clue about the importance of exercise and dieting. As the years have gone on, I've discovered myself to be continuously tired and bogged down by my weight. I recently decided to get off the couch and make a lifestyle change. My Goals:
My biggest goal is to find myself in a permanent routine!

My second biggest? Get that 20 lbs off and keep it off!

Third--for once in my life, I want to be able to do a freakin' push-up!

My Program:
Currently, I work out 6-7 days a week. Thirty minutes is the minimum. I do intense cardio and strength training workouts through the LesMills Combat program. I also attend a local Fit Club that does additional 40-60 minute workouts every Tues. and Thurs.

Right now, I am training for the McGuire's St. Patty's 5k Run on March 9th.

Personal Information:
I've been living in Pensacola, FL for about 11 years now. I recently graduated from college so the life of cheap-o ramen is almost over!

I'm a member of the PAC gym so if you're looking for workout buddies, maybe we can work something out!

Other Information:
I enjoy spending my afternoons perusing the books-a-million store, sitting down to a cup of coffee or tea and reading a good book.

I'm all about the fast pace music. Genre is something I do not limit myself in so as long as I can get myself moving to the beat, I'm pretty much for it. If you have any music to share, let me know! I love finding good ole motivational songs.

Yes he already is making up all these rules about dating and what not for her LOL - but I told him that whatever rules he makes applies to the twins as well. So now he's trying to figure out how to get around that LOL
