My Goals:
1. Reach a healthy weight.

2. Improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility.

3. Lower RHR to 60-80 bpm.

4. Lower body fat percentage to 21-26%.

5. Lower waist size to 32 inches or less.

6. Lower cholesterol, blood pressure and risk for diabetes, heart disease, and stroke.

7. Lower BMI to 25 or less.

8. Stay consistent with my diet and exercise.

9. Reward myself for every 5% lost.

10. Gain energy, strength, and confidence.

My Program:
1. Drink at least 8-10 glasses of water daily.

2. Eat at least 5 freggies daily.

3. Keep a food diary and track my nutrition daily.

4. Stay within my calorie range.

5. Exercise at least 3 days a week.

Personal Information:
I live in central IL. I love to read. I also enjoy beading, decorating, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.

Other Information:
If you wait for perfect conditions, you will never get anything done.
