I love to run, lift weights, power walk, and zumba. I love horseback riding and Kayaking too, most things outdoors really. I have been teaching Tai Chi and Qigong for many years, in fact, you could call me a "Qigong junkie" I recently retired and gained a few pounds. Spark tools are helping me lose them.
