I love Chalean Extreme so far. I am in the first week of Push Phase and it is pretty awesome. My first 30 day results weren't extreme by no means, lost 1.5 pounds and 3 1/4 inches, but I can see major muscle defintion in my arms and back, so it's working. I'll probably see a better difference this Circuit. I love that the workouts are only 40-50 minutes.
I also have a problem with what to eat when and how much. That is my biggest problem. I am gluten intolerant, can't eat meat and have all but given up processed foods. So I am trying to retrain my body and make sure I am getting enough calories, carbs, fats & proteins to not only fuel my body, but to help me lose weight. This is my struggle, but I learn by mistakes - it's trial and error.

Hi there! I am concentrating on doing Chalean Extreme as I only got halfway through lean phase last time but I did lose over 30lbs with it so I trust it for a second attempt! I also do Turbo jam but I only have Cardio Party on dvd as they are not so easy to get hold of here in the U.K. I prefer american workout dvds on the whole as here they are mainly celebrity based and not so great on instruction.
