I want to be able to get on the wii fitness scale and have it tell me I am not overweight. And then I want to keep it that way. Plus I want to live a fit and healthy lifestyle while doing it.
I am tracking my calories. I try to get 400 calories of exercise a day. I try to eat 5 balanced meals a day (some are called snacks). I really liked the game on diet plan and did really well on it. Then some major life style changes happened and I lost my team mates and my self-discipline. I had lost 40 lbs with only 15-20 to go. Now I am back to needing to lose 45-50 lbs.
I am really not comfortable yet with face book and the like. Just doing this page took me a month to get up the nerve to do. And I probably wouldn't have done it if not for my daughter having done hers.
