On my next mission...BE DISCIPLINED

Summer time came and so did some extra pounds....so it is time to review and reset some goals and habits. Time to hit the reset button. I have done it before I can do it again. My BFFs wedding is up and coming and I do want to feel good when I go there , good in my clothes and good in own body. I am going to do it by taking it one baby step at a time. Setting my goal for the next 10 days to remove distractions and focus on my health.

I am joining my sister for a 3-4 mile walk this evening. I took my vitamins, tracked my food today on SP. Drank lots of water. TBH I got a litte sick this AM (I think my body said good riddance to bad food if you know what I mean LOL) so i should be good to go now..... How are you doing???

how is your restart going? More important how was your birthday? You know there is noting wrong with going a little crazy on your birthday. After all it is your day.

My restart so far is great. Sweets are still a killer, but i am doing awesome. Got a hubby that backs me up or pushes me away from the fridge. LOL. Hes a good man.

Well anyways good luck to you and see you around the sparkboard. emoticon
