Why I Want To Get In Shape

I started in 2007. I weighed 233 pounds. I got down to 163, and am holding around there. I work out at gym 3X week, and also do Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Aikido and walk in Parvin Park.

I was unable to do normal chores. Short of breath

Good morning - know that I am awake - I took a series of Tai Chi classes in my second time around in College later in life about six years ago - Master Chan - taught several variations of Tai Chi but what stuck with me after all these years the types Qigong - active or Dong Gong or Jing Hong - Tai Chi or other moving Qigong active for exercise - while passive Qigong the external body is still but the awareness heightened.
