Peace is my goal.

I've been a member on spark for three years... it seems like an eternity ago that I began this journey. At some point early 2009 I was down 100 lbs exactly. I'm no longer there, as I've gained back more than half of what I lost. So, I'm back at it... again.

For me, this SP journey started as a quest for weight loss and a healthier body. It has become a war against a life I didn't want anymore. I do mean A LIFE, not just food, not just exercise-- a life free of the angst that ...

My Goals:
To be happy with my life.

To be healthy.

To be honest.

To feel comfortable in my own body.

My Program:
Motto: One day, once choice at a time, I will have my peace.

Water: At least 64 oz. per day

Food:
- Stay within SP calorie range EVERY day.
- Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner, plus good snacks when I'm hungry.
- At least 5 fruits/veggies EVERY day.
- Incorporate new options as often as possible to keep it interesting.
- I can eat anything I want, as long as I eat the right amounts in appropriate frequencies to allow me to meet my goals.

Exercise:
- Get up and DO IT!!
- At least 3 workouts per week.
- Get better at strength training.

This is something I am prepared to make happen for myself and my life!
