My aim is to break this cycle & maintain a lifestyle change. But, it's been difficult. But, not without its little breakthroughs.

I have finished an 8 week class called Health & Wellbeing sponsored by th NHS. I have learned about making better food choices, portion control & how to combat non-hunger eating.

My motto is, "progress NOT perfection." I once was a girl who would plan all of my eating and exercise a year in advance. I wanted this weight G-O-N-E. However, time and time again, I would fall off the wagon & be right back into my old, miserable habits.

Now, I live for today & I make small, little promises to myself I know I can keep. I have a long road ahead of me to transform my mind and body. I accept the journey, humbly. It's gonna take a lifetime of making small, consistent choices in order to become the person I know I already am, but do not allow myself to be.

All the best to you & thanks for reading this far ...

Thanks for the encouragement. I've always struggled with my weight and food. I lost 60 lbs and was working hard to lose the rest last year and then I ended up pregnant with my son. Now I just need to find motivation again. Definitely all a learning experience. I eat breakfast every day, it's one meal I cannot live without. My mindless snacking and evening snacking are the major issues. Portions are way out of whack as well. I just need to keep at it and one day soon it will become easier. :)
