Wanted! More energy and healthier lifestyle
Hi! I am 33 years old and wanting to get in shape and have more energy to chase after my 7 year old nephew. I hate telling him I can't do things because of my lower back problem. I am hoping to find ways to strengthen my back and get myself active in a healthy lifestyle.
