I had a baby boy July 12. He is the love of my life. I want to be able to run and play with him when he is older. I dont want to be the mom that dont have the energy to play with her kid. The mom that just sits and watches him play. I don't have any support at home which makes it even harder for me. I am very stressed all the time. And being overweight makes it even worse. I joined the Golds Gym about a month ago but I kinda slipped off the wagon again. I really hope to find someone on here to be friends with that is going thru the same things as me. Someone to help me keep myself in line and stay on track.

My Goals:
My goals are to drink at least 5 cups of water a day. I also want to go to the gym at least 5 times a week. 7 if I can handle it. I would like to lose at least 1-2 lbs a week. I would try not to eat at night. (that's the hard part) I would like to gain some muscles throughout my whole body. Not huge but nice lean muscles.

My Program:
I am going to the gym 5-7 days a week. Work my upper body one day and lower body the next. I do thirty minutes of cardio a day. 10 minutes each on the treadmill, elliptical and the bike.

Personal Information:
My name is Jill and I'm 22. I'm from Grangerland, TX. I love scrapbooking. I love animals so much. I love spending time with my little boy. He was born July 12,2011. I want to get healthy for him.

Just read your profile, you can make it work. You are hear, you have your baby to think about. A very good reason to be healthy and fit. Set a good example. Take one day at a time, you can fo it.
I look forward to following your success and will be here to encourage you in any way I can. You are about the same age as my grandchildren, but age is only a number. We all all here on Spark to make changes in our lifestyle .
Most of us to lose , be more healthy and fit.

Hey! Thanks for commenting on my page! All I do is count calories & exercise. I keep track of calories on my phone using an app called Calorie Counter. I was running using the C25K program but recently I've started doing P90X. I keep up with my exercise using another phone app called Cardio Trainer. If you have any more questions just let me know! Thanks for commenting on my blog. No secret here! It's just as simple as burning more calories than you eat! Just take it one small step at a time one day at a time and it adds up. One morning you will wake up after all of your hard work and that will be your day!
