Hey! Thanks for commenting on my page! All I do is count calories & exercise. I keep track of calories on my phone using an app called Calorie Counter. I was running using the C25K program but recently I've started doing P90X. I keep up with my exercise using another phone app called Cardio Trainer. If you have any more questions just let me know!
