My Goals:
My goal is to maintain a healthy lifestyle and stop vegging on chips which is my biggest weakness. I want to loss weight and keep it off and in turn gain energy and live better.

My Program:
I've started a workout routine and have begun couting my calories which helps alot, its amazing what we consume without know it. I'm also trying to eat less chips which is a huge challenge.

Personal Information:
I've currently just graduated with my BA of Architecture and am almost ready to enter the working world. I'm letting my self breath and relax for a couple months before I have to work and in that time I hope to loss the weight and get into a routine that will become like second nature so that when I work I won't loose focus.

Other Information:
My a huge Movie and TV show buff. Love Art and Architecture of course. I'm laid-back and pretty easy to get along with

Ok, so to stop all those emails, on the start page when you first log in, on the left hand side it says START in big, black letters and under that is says Welcome Shyeena1, and under that it has a red hyperlink that says account/email preferences. Click that link and it'll take you to a page with three tabs. The middle tab says E-Mail and that's where you unsubscribe to the newsletters.

To track your weigh-in progress, on the start page the left hand side has three buttons: Nutrition Tracker, Fitness Tracker, and Weigh-Ins (and other measurements). The Weigh-Ins button is where you input your weight and stuff. :-)
