a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
I am trying to get myself and my family healthy. I am a single mom of 2 beautiful little girls that deserve to have a healthy life and a healthy mom. I am done making excuses for myself. I eventually wanna get close to what i was before i had children somewhere around 130. I want them to know how to make good choices and choose to be healthy
