This Above All: To Thine Own Self Be True

No more lies, no more cheating, no more over-exercising and no more over-eating!

More of being true to myself, as being in the light and being honest with what's going on with me will lead to a better acceptance of myself.

Hi! Welcome to our Baby Steps team. To be honest, we're not very active on the team page but we are active on spark ... Sweetnskinny and Anabanana are two active members who you might already know. I look forward to getting to know you.

Checking in on you!! I hope you are doing good and making the best choices possible.

I am doing good, wish I was losing more rapidly, but it will come in time. Trying to get 'geared' up for the upcoming holidays, so I can make successful choices and see a better ME!!

Take care and stay in touch!

Hey girlie! I hope you are doing good and adjusting to your new life and school. I sure miss talking to you. Although, that is more my fault, since I should be on here chatting away and being more consistent.

Sorry I haven't been too active on here. I do check daily but don't have the time (or make the time) to sit down and chat and really do what I should be doing, and that is lending support and responding to my fellow sparkers. For this, I apologize. I hope that I can get into a better routine and start to use communication again, which will hopefully help me get on with this journey. I have actually GAINED weight since I started a Biggest Loser challenge on here (6 lbs. yuck and yikes), but I am hoping some of it is muscle, but I know my eating habits and my exercise (besides my running) have been non-existent. I need to focus on ME and get it done. I just hope I WILL do it.

I am doing okay. I could be better as far as the lifestyle change goes, but I will get back into and sooner than later. I have my first 5K run this weekend. Yay! I am excited but also a little nervous. I know I wont be fast, but that's not my goal, my goal is to do it and no stopping, just running it all the way! I have been suffering shin pains, which finally have subsided, but now my right knee is in pain. Grr...it never ends. I guess those are the joys of running. LOL!

How is your swimming going? Life? School? The man in your life?

Thank you for wanting to support my cause with a donation for my next 5K race in June for the Lombardi Cancer Organization. It truly means a lot for individuals to support this great cause.

Hope this finds you well and on your way! Keep going! I am here if you need to vent or just chat.

Talk to you soon. Miss ya!!
