My Goals:
Weight: 135 lbs

My Program:
Work out 6 days a week: 2-3x strength train; 2-3x run; 3-4x swim per week.

Sleep 7+ hours a night. (This one's a toughie!)

Eat 1 fruit and 1 veggie per meal.

Drink fluids (water, tea) - 8 cups a day.

Spark daily, spark often.

Develop new skills to deal with boredom, stress, loneliness, anxiety, and other things that lead to mindless and emotional eating.

Journal.

No deprivation allowed - including sleep and the occasional well-deserved, completely savored and satisfying treat!!

Personal Information:
Originally from Stone Mountain, Georgia. Moved to the MidWest in '07 and been here since.

I'm an engineer by trade, Taiwanese by heritage, and 5'4.5". I play the violin, am active in volunteering, give blood every 56 days, and I love being around people. (I also love silence!)

Thank you thank you!! You're so sweet for saying what you did in my blog. I don't think it's brave putting the DVD's in . . anyone can do that. But putting the work in and sticking to it . . I'll call that brave. hehe Many times the thought of "what the HECK am I doing?" has run through my mind!

THANK YOU so much for commenting on my blog! You are so sweet. The marathon actually prints your name on your bib so people can see it! I was so excited about that. I cant believe its only 1% of the population. The races are ALWAYS SO CROWDED! Wow.
