My Goals:
To become healthier, and more concientious about my lifestyle. (And to lose about twenty five pounds)
My Program:
I have changed my diet, for the better. Some day's I do slip up, noone's perfect, and if I deny myself all the time, I'll just give up. I have started working out, from five to seven days a week. Doing at least one to two hours of cardio every day.
