2. Increase upper body strength - overhead press 45 pounds by end of September, 2008.
1. Follow South Beach Diet guidelines, track meals with Spark
2. Cardio 5/week, strength 3/wk, yoga 2/wk.

Thanks! I have no idea who Ayn Rand is so I looked it up. I have no idea if they are or not, I have never shopped this store and normally wouldn't. I have an UA outlet near me, so these prices are really way more than I need to spend!
