It's about that time
So, i think it's about that time that my body start's catching up with my mind. I have all these workout plans and information so nicely laid out. I just need my body to jump in gear and get with the program!. My name is Ronda. This about the 6th time my mind is telling my body to start eating right and working out right!. I have all the info i need just the lack of motivation. but on the positive note im still here and still "trying" to move forward. I think this is my week ...
So, i think it's about that time that my body start's catching up with my mind. I have all these workout plans and information so nicely laid out. I just need my body to jump in gear and get with the program!. My name is Ronda. This about the 6th time my mind is telling my body to start eating right and working out right!. I have all the info i need just the lack of motivation. but on the positive note im still here and still "trying" to move forward. I think this is my week for change. I started a new weekend position so im only working 2 days out of the week, so i shouldnt have any excuse for not working out 5days a week right? well i hope you'll stick around to find out with me!!! I know what i have to do and how to do, it's doing it that is taking a bit of time. I lost my father in 01' to cancer I was 16 and my mother in 04' to sudden cardiovascular arrest I was 19 at the time. I know heredity has a lot to play in health. and I dont want to live the unhealthy lifestyl of smoking or obesity the way my parents unfortunately had. I love my 3 year old and can't imagine leaving her behind as a teenager the way my parents unfortunately left me. So here's another shot ot living a healthy life and getting myself back to how I used to be :) My one big motivation that im throwing in this time as a final i did it is to go on a cruise anywhere i choose and spend as much as i can afford without any guilt. I want to lose at least 40lbs if not 45lbs. So off i go taking one step at a time to hopefully take a nice cruise by the beginning or middle of 2010..

I'm a very outgoing, independant mother,wife,and nurse. I look forward to meeting more ppl and helping each other to reach our goals whatever they all may be :)
Other Information:
the best time is family time for me. love doing things with my daughter and husband and our black lab Vader. I do enjoy a good book and shopping , I especially have been lovng me time at the nail salon getting pampered and have decided to use that as my rewards as a boost.
