A month at a time!

Hi Everyone!

My name is Krysten and my goal is to lose 150 pounds.

That is a massive number!

I have finally figured out a way for me to keep focused and to set mini goals for myself while still aiming toward my major goal of losing 150 pounds.

I am going to set monthly goals...

So...since i just started a few days ago, here are my goals...by the last day of each month listed, I will lose a certain amount of weight during that ...

March: 4 Pounds-- SUCCESS!!
April: 12 Pounds -- 5.8 to Go!!
May: 12 Pounds
June: 12 Pounds
July: 12 Pounds
August: 12 Pounds
September: 12 Pounds
October: 12 Pounds
November: 12 Pounds
December: 10 Pounds
January: 8 Pounds
February: 8 Pounds
March: 8 Pounds
April: 6 Pounds
May: 5 Pounds
June: 5 Pounds

That's 150!

The weight got smaller as the months passed because it is harder to lose weight as you get smaller.

I was so excited to get started on this website and be able to meet others who are trying to lose weight as well. My ultimate goal is to lose 150 lbs. as well. I started at 385 and now I am at 350 so I am happy. I would like to talk more with you and maybe we can lean on each other when we need motivation.

hello, I know it has been a while...I have been off track for too long....So I was stopping in to say hello, How have you been, Looks like your doing GREAT!!! Good for you! I have joined curves, so at least I exercise a half hour a day... lost a lot of inches and a few pounds...what have you found that really helped you to stay on track? your doing great! keep in touch thank you.
