It took 2 1/2 years, but I finally lost 133.8 pounds as of January 22, 2014. Having lost and gained for years, even using SP for a while, I ballooned up to almost 300 pounds. I was 283 pounds when I walked into a nationally known weight loss center and told them to tell me what to eat, how much and when. I live in Jax, FL. I've been married 28 years with 2 grown children. I have 2 grandchildren. I just completed getting my B. A. Degree in History with a minor in English. I will walk in July. I'm so excited!


Other Information:
I love to read. NCIS junkie. Love the new NCIS: LA as well. Criminal Minds, In Plain Sight, Law and Order: Criminal Intent, CSI shows, Hawthorne. I do like comedies and good historical shows, I also like "guy" movies, believe it or not, which is good so I can bond with my guys, LOL. Only sport I really like to watch is Baseball, but will watch football and basketball sometimes. I like bowling, fishing, walking on the beach or other natural setting.

You can Myfitnespal for tracking food. It's easier to enter than SP with the scan feature. It can communicate with the UP and maybe others.

You can set macro nutrients with Myfitnesspal. I don't like SP 50-30-20. I need more protein and less carb. 40-30-30.

SP is good for tracking many things. Myfitnesspal is more limited.
