That is my mantra now. So many things change as we get older. I am just realizing that my mind is a lot younger than my body. My mind says I can do all kinds of active stuff, but my body says - "No way".

So...slow and steady is the way I will go. I may have to step back at times and slow down even more, but I will eventually get to where I want to be.

    Just peekin' in on you...to see how you are doing. May is almost over, have you accomplished what you set out to do this month? For me, no. I'm still learning how to not let life get in my way for a healthier me. It's a slow process, but I'm getting there.
