Hi! I lost 65 pounds on Weight Watchers about 5 years ago, but have gained most of it back. So I'm back at SparkPeople trying to get back to where I was -- and then continue losing because I have a really long road to travel. I'm tweaking my strategies, too.

My Goals:
I have lots of weight to lose. I didn't gain it overnight and I won't lose it overnight. My main goals are to "regain control", get healthier, more fit, to feel more energetic and self-confident. I want to reduce the stress and wear & tear on my body, particularly my knees and feet. I'm confident that weight loss will effect some positive changes in other areas of my health as well. I'm trying to work with a short term weight loss goal by Thanksgiving. After that, I'll set a new short term goal, etc. I am re-thinking how aggressive my goals have typically been, and how I've failed to achieve them. I need to be realistic, but I need to move forward!

My Program:
I have to get back to committing to track my food, and continue to get to the gym 3-4 times per week.

I should really try Zumba! I hear about it from several friends. Just should do it in my own home..so not cordinated...

I think WW should do an Option B incorporating the old system back into it...the new one doesn't like me.

I don't even remember losing all that weight, I just know I was super busy with college and hardly stopped moving. I was hardly ever home, staying late at the library,...I miss it. I had so much drive those two years. I am ready to get back into it.

And yes we've done this before! We can definitely can do it again!! We are gorgeous and strong!

My weight is climbing back up too..very hard to watch the scale creep back up..

I also did Weight Watchers but with the old system. I tried the new system, which I don't think was very effective.

Also I used Dotti's Weight Loss Zone a lot too...have you heard of it www.dwlz.com when I was on WW. Had almost every restaurant imaginable on it.

Anyway, hope you have a great weekend! And I will be here, if you ever need anything.
