Hi! I lost 65 pounds on Weight Watchers about 5 years ago, but have gained most of it back. So I'm back at SparkPeople trying to get back to where I was -- and then continue losing because I have a really long road to travel. I'm tweaking my strategies, too.

My Goals:
I have lots of weight to lose. I didn't gain it overnight and I won't lose it overnight. My main goals are to "regain control", get healthier, more fit, to feel more energetic and self-confident. I want to reduce the stress and wear & tear on my body, particularly my knees and feet. I'm confident that weight loss will effect some positive changes in other areas of my health as well. I'm trying to work with a short term weight loss goal by Thanksgiving. After that, I'll set a new short term goal, etc. I am re-thinking how aggressive my goals have typically been, and how I've failed to achieve them. I need to be realistic, but I need to move forward!

My Program:
I have to get back to committing to track my food, and continue to get to the gym 3-4 times per week.

I am so happy for you to have such a fantastic loss, great job! Keep up the good work. Are you doing anything extra or is it just starting to pay off now with all your hard work? I am at a standstill lately and cannot seem to get down anymore. Wish I knew what to do.
