My name is Abby, and this is my weight loss journey.
I`ve been struggling with my weight since I can remember, not always was overweight though... but never really fit either...
Anyways, after reaching almost 93 Kg ( the heaviest I`ve ever been!! ) of weight and a major depression I decided I had to do something about it.
It was time to create a new me! One I can be proud of :)

Ok, that was my intro a few months ago...I managed to lose 20 pounds, but then I found out I am pregnant :-)
Anyway, after indulging myself the last 6 weeks (ish) I decided to watch what I eat, have more fruits and veggies, and being more active.
I know I cant go on a strict diet right know, my baby need to get her nutrientes :-)
I just wanna have a healthy pregnancy, and also know there is no harm in losing a few pounds, considering I'm already overweight.
Any advice, word of wisdom, comment is welcome ;)

Nutrition:
- To have breakfast every day.
- Drink 8 cups of water a day.
- Watching my carbs intake.
- Including more fruits and veggies on my meals.

Fitness:
- 40 minutes stationary bike a da y.

Always remember:
I AM CAPABLE, I CAN DO IT AND I'M GONNA GET IT.
