Living by the feelings rather than the numbers
I'm a 40-something single professional who, like many, has struggled with my eating and weight all of my life. Things have gotten even more complicated in the past several years after developing chronic migraine, which has brought lots of medication, forced dramatic diet changes, and has made it virtually impossible for me to do much in the way of exercise. I'm a 40-something single professional who, like many, has struggled with my eating and weight all of my life. Things have gotten even more complicated in the past several years after developing chronic migraine, which has brought lots of medication, forced dramatic diet changes, and has made it virtually impossible for me to do much in the way of exercise. Lots of stress this past year has led to my eating getting more and more out of control, and I'm trying to rein it back in by tracking my food, reducing portions, and cutting back on sweets. Although I could stand to lose a good bit of weight, I'm not focused on that as much as I am on my health and my emotional well-being.
