My goal is to lose weight and get healthier.
I am going to limit my daily calories to 1,500 per day and exercise five times a week.

I'm still undergoing breast cancer treatment so I am trying to make sure I get plenty of good nutrition and daily exercise. I love the outdoors so it is the perfect time of year to get outside and enjoy mother nature!
