Thanks! My finals aren't for a few weeks so I'm trying to hang in there, I lost track for a few days but am back to my healthy life. Good luck with your finals, you can do it!

Hey! Good luck with your finals! I'm trying to hold myself accountable for my weight loss too, it's really hard to do when i have friends who can eat whatever they want in the dining hall and not gain a pound! Let me know if you need support :)

I've found that "giving up the struggle" happens when you just let go of the urgency and tell yourself, "So what if I don't lose twenty pounds this month? I know it's going to happen. Everything will still be okay if it's only ten." I've also found that getting happy now is extremely important -- take care of yourself and love yourself NOW, and all will flow into your life.
