Right now I am attempting to stay away from soda and sweets, drink plenty of water which is so hard for me. I also want to start walking more and using my ab circle machine.

Hey there, welcome back! I hope you don't think you're a failure. The fact that you've returned means that isn't true. It helps me to not think so much of it as a "diet" but as "healthier eating." Sometimes we put way too much pressure on ourselves and we crack, and then fall back into the habits that got us here in the first place. Small steps do add up, so take it easy and we'll get there together!
Hi Kimberlyn, It's great to hear from you. I know exactly what you mean about teaching and watching your diet. My daughter is a teacher and she has put on several pounds this last School year. It would be nice to say summer is a good time to get back on track, but it is really hard to get outside and exercise with this HOT Missouri weather. Hopefully the temps will start to go down soon.
