Im a mother of two little girls who take up my whole time!! Well im more of a part time mom because im a single mom therefore i have to work to pay the bills! Im a member of Anytime Fitness Gym. I have to hit up the gym once the girls go to sleep, which at times is a challenge because by the time 9pm rolls around im also beat., and sometimes fall asleep before the girls do. I am 5'1, will turn 24 on August 6..i usually carry my body weight well, (in my opinion lol)...but once i hit 214 i was ...

I have to hit up the gym once the girls go to sleep, which at times is a challenge because by the time 9pm rolls around im also beat., and sometimes fall asleep before the girls do. I am 5'1, will turn 24 on August 6..i usually carry my body weight well, (in my opinion lol)...but once i hit 214 i was like ummm okayyy I need to get out of the 200's and quick. Its funny how you dont ever realize how big you get until its like... well too late.I never really ever worried about my weight, i was a soccer player in high school so that maintained my weight at a decent number because i never watched what i ate. I guess like alot of you I got comfortable once i got married. For the first time ever im actually counting calories, stopped drinking sodas...its crazy and its all thanks to Sparkpeople. I have to get on Sparkpeople everyday religiously to keep me going...sad but true. It reminds me why im changing my lifestyle. Im hoping to hit my goal weight by the end of the year. So that I can ring in the new year with a new me!!
