OK got some encouragement and thinking maybe I can make it this time.

2014, years of trying and so little success, another year another start.
I'm working to get control of my blood sugars and know it would be easier if I weighed less. Maybe this will be the year, praying so., hoping so, now to make it so.

My mom did 4 minutes of the Walk away the pounds DVD I gave her. Yippie !

I knew she would crack under the pressure...I mean Motivation. I am so proud of her.

I hope you are doing well also. Make sure you drink lots of water!

Good morning! Do a little bit every time you have a few moments...10 arm lifts, 10 kick outs....walk back & forth in the family room and then walk back and forth more. Each step will get easier. Become that lady in your TOPS journal. I know you can do it!!!!! Go Mom Go!!!!!
