My Goals:
190 lbs - Sept 1st 2011
180 lbs - Oct 1st 2011
170 lbs - Nov 1st 2011 (bridesmaid ready)
160 lbs - Dec 1st 2011
150 lbs - Jan 1st 2012
140 lbs - Feb 1st 2012
135lbs- March 11, 2012 (31st Bday)

- Get below my lowest high school weight of 165
- Tone my flabby arms, thighs and stomach, hopefully eliminating my loose skin.
These are agressive goals

My Program:
Cardio 5-6 days per week
Jogging 6mph for 3 miles and walking 4mph at 10% incline for 15 mins or Spinning for 45 mins.
Strength training every other day for 30 min.
Intake 1300- 1500 cal a day.

Personal Information:
30 y/o female soon to be going on 21!

Hi!
I just stopped on your page to say "HI" and welcome you to Spark. You're in the right place to reach your goals, but promise that you'll stop in every day and log your water, log your veggies and fruit, log your food, log your exercise, and read, and post, and log your water, and write on someoneís page, and read some more, and blog, and log your water, and LEARN that you are not alone, and we're all right here with you! Did I mention that you should log your water?

WHEW! Ok, I know you're overwhelmed getting to know this site, but use those buttons up there, especially the MY TRACKERS drop down list, and then either the START or MY SPARKPOINTS. Both of these helped me learn about the site, gain momentum and meet new friends.
