BABY GOT BACK!
Mother of three beautiful kids and married to my best friend. YEs, that pretty much says it all....I give everything to my husband and my children, but rarely give back to myself...I've learned though in the past couple of years that wanting to give back to yourself is not being selfish when it betters you as a person, parent, spouse, etc. Someone once told me that if you don't take care of yourself then you won't be there to take care of your family...So it is my goal to lose weight, get in ...

First and foremost, get healthy...Honestly it's not about the number on the scale anymore, I just want to be active with my children and be comfortable in my own skin...

My husband and I have recently decided to work together to reach our goals in getting fit and staying more healthy...I have cleared out the pantry of any and all junk food, and I'm going back to the basics of nutrition and excercise for the whole family...
