Welcome! Please check out our forums. We have a July challenge going on that you are more than welcome to join in. You can pick one or more.
My favorite tool is the food tracker.I can choose my own menu, use Sparks or use Sparks and make substitutions. It makes it easy to see where I am with carbs, fats and protein, I like to use Sparks and substitute with my own choices when I am short on time. Otherwise I do my own menus.
Another favorite is the fitness tracker. It also will give you workouts or you can add your own. Every exercise has a demo so you know you are doing it correctly. There's even a tool that allows you to map out your walking/running route to see how far you went. Sometimes I just go out the door and walk and map it when I get back.
