Hi, Back on Sparks People to get back on HEALTHY track again! Achieve some body goals and see what I am doing! My friend just joined and totally motivates me too! It really does help ! I LOVE working out but REALLY LOVE EATING! It is a constant battle not to just engorge my face in food i know is bad? i don't do that with good food though so who knows. I just want to control it better.
YEAH to everyone here! making the descision and then acting on it are incredible ! KEEP IT UP!
