My Goals:
To lose weight through healthier eating & increased activity. To feel better about myself & to inspire my husband to become more active so that he can feel better about himself as well.

My Program:
My program includes: incorporating more fresh produce into my diet, increasing my water intake, & watching nutrition info as well as the quantity of food I consume. I am learning to like healthier food choices. In the areas of increasing activity: any extra movement is an improvement for me. I have been using light free weights & push ups for my upper body, abdominal excercises & a pilates video workout for my torso, and sqats & cardio time on my elliptical machine for my legs.

Personal Information:
I live in the west valley of Phoenix, AZ and am married with one beautiful baby girl.

Other Information:
No one in your life is more important than you.

Heya! I did workout Monday and Tuesday. Missed today. So, my aim will be to make sure that I do something for the rest of the week. I'm borrowing another Billy Blanks DVD tomorrow... so I'll be trying that out!
Hope all is going well for you. I know that my eating has become very unorganized... and I need to get back on track!

I'm sore, but thankful. I thanked you in my blog. If we hadn't committed to 30 min a day, I know I wouldn't have done anything yesterday. I am hoping to do the Billy Blanks workout tonight... if I'm not tooo sore still.

Ok, just checking in with you. I know I set a slightly different goal, but life happens. I still did over the 30 minutes we agreed on though :) I jogged/walked for 45 minutes, jogging at least half the time, which is an improvement from yesterday!!
My husband is home with strep throat so I didn't want to leave him too long, although there's not much I can do besides hold the couch down with him. Haha!
How'd you make out?
