Final Shot!

I've been here on sparks network for a very long time. I've learned from and found alot of wonderful caring people here. This is the one reason why I stayed on sparks. This is my final shot at losing the weight and keeping it off, this has been a roller coaster ride all my life. Don't get me wrong I'm not giving up but it time to be real with myself. It starts with me, choosing the right and healthy way of living.
