WELCOME TO MY SPARK PAGE!!!!

**TIME FOR A WELL NEEDED UPDATE**** 3/20/11

HERE I AM NOW AT 258 (went up some TOM) but I am smaller than I have ever been in my adult life. But funny thing is since i havent been working out like i should i actually feel fat and like i have gained weight when in fact i have lost durring the last 6 months of very sporatic workouts...

so im very happy to have lost and not gained.

BUT NOW IM BACKED FOCUSED AND IN THE GAME! WISH ME LUCK!

IM GOING FOR ANOTHER 50LBS! THAT WOULD PUT ME AROUND 200LBS! WOW CANT EVEN IMAGINE IT. BUT HEY... I NEVER IMAGINED I WOULD ***EVER EVER EVER*** LOSE 80LBS AND HERE I AM!!!

SO THANKFUL THAT I COULD DO IT ALL ON MY OWN WITH WORKING OUT AND CHANGING WHAT I EAT. SIMPLE BUT YET SO HARD. I TRULY BELIEVE THAT MOST THE BATTLE IS MENTAL BECAUSE I SPEND LOTS OF TIME TELLING MYSELF I CANT WORKOUT OR DONT OR ITS KILLING ME... WHEN I HAD TO RETRAIN MY THOUGHT TO SAY... IT WONT KILL ME, I NEED THIS, THIS IS FUN!!! HEYYYYY WORKING OUT AT 1ST IS NOT FUN LOL BUT IT REALLY DOES GET FUN!

SO GOOD LUCK TO ALL YALL!! SWEAT SWEAT SWEAT!!!

JUST TO SEE WHAT BEING OVER WEIGHT CAN DO. WE ALL GO THROUGH IT... WE LOOSE AND GAIN TWICE THAT MUCH BACK. I'M SURE NO ONE RAISES THEIR HAND AND SAY " I WANT TO BE FAT AND OBESE OR OVERWEIGHT WHEN I GROW UP"

IT DEFINITELY GIVES ME EVEN MORE MOTIVATION AND A REAL LIFE EXAMPLE OF WHERE I DONT WANT TO BE AND MAKES ME REALIZE THAT I'M WORTH ALL OF THE HARD SWEAT AND TEARS. HOPE THIS HELPS.

NOW ABOUT ME......

I JUST JOINED SP 8/18/08 AND I AM VERY EXCITED. I LOOK FOWARD TO MEETING NEW PEOPLE AND STAYING MOTIVATED TO ACCOMPLISH MY GOAL. I WEIGH 308 AS OF TODAY AND HAVE ALREADY LOST 29 LBS. I WAS DOWN 37 BUT GAINED 8 BACK. SO I'M READY TO LOOSE AND CHANGE MY LIFE.

STARTING OFF I JUST DECIDED TO FOCUS MORE ON EXERCISING MORE. I FEEL THAT INSTEAD OF SITTING ON THE COUCH EATING, ALL I HAVE TO DO IS GET MOVING. I FOUND THAT IF I GET UP AND SAY I'LL JUST EXERCISE FOR 10 MIN AND STOP, I NEVER STOP!! I USUALLY WILL DO MY 30 MIN BECAUSE ONCE I START I DONT STOP.

IT IS MY VOW TO MYSELF TO DO THIS AND NEVER STOP. I REALIZE I'M NOT PERFECT AND I HAVE TO KEEP THAT IN MIND. SO IF I MISS A DAY, 2 DAYS OR WHAT EVER EXERCISING, I JUST HAVE TO START AGAIN AND NOT GO WEEKS WITHOUT IT. I'M GOING TO NOT GO MORE THAN 1 FULL WK W/O EXERCISING UNLESS IM SICK OR PHYSICALLY UNABLE.

WHEN I EXERCISE I FEEL SO MUCH MORE CONFIDENT AND HAPPY. ITS DEFINATELY A STRESS RELIEVER. IT MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I HAVE DONE SOMETHING FOR ME.
