My Lifestyle Healthy Journey
Hello all, Just turned 41 today, and am so very happy to be alive. My commitment to myself, college courses, and children is to be physically active to keep my brain functioning properly. Of course, eating more raw vegetables and organics would be a plus to help my body regulate more pleasantly and healthy. I am in a masters program. To stay healthy by exercising three times a week for an hour, meditate and do brain exercises on a daily basis, as a stress reliever.
My Program:
Meditating to christian music, or jazz music. Exercising three times a week by doing Pilates, yoga, and jogging.
