I'm a pretty goofy person full of life. I've been on a weight loss journey for about 4 years now. I've lost a total of 118lbs and gained 20 back after a car accident and then diagnosed with a thyroid problem gain some more. LOL I didn't let that stop me I'm back on track!!! It's hard but it can TOTALLY be done!! I love to workout at the gym, taking walks, running, boxing. Running is my new best friend..I've started to love it :). Most of all I love being a MoM!!! :) I want to make sure that my kids know how to live a healthy lifestyle by eating right and staying active. LEGGO and go GETIT!!!

My Goals:
My Goal is to weigh a 130lbs, lose belly fat, and become a great runner and boxer. Not to fight but to stay fit. Boxing is great exercise.

My Program:
Running 3 times a week, strength training 2 times a week, and hitting the gym 3 times a week.

Working out with a Friend that always helps!! Eating right and enjoying life!

    Thanks for your reply! It is so hard to eat right while running. You have to eat enough to get through the run but less enough to lose weight as well.

    After a long run all I want to do is EAT! LOL! Now that I know better i will do better!

    Thanks for the add and comment :-) Losing weight IS a daily struggle and running has been what has kept me on this path! It is TRUE that sometimes the running makes me want to eat and eat and sometimes I feel like I have earned the right to be lazy in other ways, but most of the time I can suck it up and use my discipline! The important thing is to keep your calories in check, make sure you're eating enough and not too much! And also the cross training and strength training are a MUST! Switching it up every once in a while is excellent. You can do it!! Just keep pushing forward! You have made amazing progress, keep it up!
