Ready to revisit my past :)

Around 2005 I joined Spark People and using the tools and motivation I found in the program, I lost 20 lbs over about 4 months. It was great. I went from a post-forty chubby 158 to a much better 138 and looked great. I managed to easily maintain a 140-145 weight quite easily over several years, due to my eating habit changes. Now, it's eight years later, I just turned 50 and the weight is back. It's time to revisit my former mid-forty self and get back to that really great 138.

From Western Washington, am presently Rving in Arizona with my husband till June. I've been self-employed for 14 years in computer service and sales, with a little bookkeeping mixed in there.

I want to start a new business that's internet based, preferably
I love to sew, read, paint, craft, ride hoses, light gardening, enjoy nature.
I love hiking and biking but can't seem to get out there to do it, which I seriously want to change.
