My Goals:
TO LOSE THE WEIGHT I GAINED WHEN I WENT OFF TO COLLEGE AND LOSE THIS HORRIBLE BELLY FAT!

My Program:
I USUALLY DO AOBUT 30 MIN OF CARDIO EVERYDAY OF THE WEEK AND 150+ CRUNCHES A DAY AND EAT AROUND 1200 CALORIES EVERYDAY.





Other Information:
I WANT TO LOSE THE FAT ON MY STOMACH.

Hey there...yeah I guess we'r goin thru the exact same thing!!I'd been doin very well the last couple o days but i binged yesterday.I didn't even enjoy the taste of the food I was just cramming my face mechanically!Argh!It sux...well have to deal with it....this whole restriction dieting calorie counting seems to b the culprit...but if we have to lose weight that's wat we have to do eh? I'm glad that ur having better days, keep it up being binge free. There's a nice little team called LOVE MYSELF BINGE FREE, It's great wid love n support ...another team is LIVE BINGE FREE it's nice n they got good challenges.
Well i'm in college studying medicine.I'm gon b a doctor in 3 more years!!But it's tough!I need to start studying, exams in a month!!

What can I say, I enjoy the food =)

I find it very salty & oily when I eat out or when we go to someone's house, so when I make it myself I cut way back on both of those things ... of course it doesn't taste the same but that's life.

Thanks for the comment on my blog and remember you are NEVER wasting your time when you are running on the treadmill or doing any type of exercise. It's good for your weight, good for your heart, and just good for the body.

Hey! Thanks for the add! I am in my second year of pharmacy (4th year of college) and this is the hardest semester yet. With 18 hours of class and 2 labs its definetly hard to find time to workout, but I'm trying somehow.
