I try to walk at least a few minutes every day. I get to the gym for weights and the treadmill a few times a week. Sometimes I get frustrated or bored. I will keep trying. :)

You gave me a great idea.... baked chips... I think I am actually going to put one portion of them into a baggie the next time I go to a mexican restauraunt and eat those with the salsa.. I don't think they would mind.... Since it's the salsa I go there for!!!!! Thanks for the lightbulb moment... lol
