Hi! Welcome to my little spark corner.

I joined SP early March 2005.

I'm focussed on getting back into shape. Being busy made it somewhat ok to put exercise in the background...but my body did not react well to that. I need to move move move or else...the pounds come running! Lucky for me, I can run faster than them LOL

Keep an eye on nutrients/vitamins/sodium etc.

45 minutes of cardio 6 times a week Strength exercises 3 times a week.
