NO EXCUSES. I did it once, I'll do it again!

In 2010 my goals were:
From 106 kg (obese class III) at 17th of April 2010 go to:
89 kg (obese class I) on 17th of August. DONE.
76 kg (only overweight!!!) on 1st of November. DONE.
64 kg on 22nd September 2011.

Oops. About that... I got into relationshiop! Got comfortable... Relaxed... I did managed to maintain my weight for about the year though! However, in Christmas 2011 I got lost again. Since then I gained 5 kg. I was weighing 74 when I stopped ...

Since then I gained 5 kg. I was weighing 74 when I stopped neing single, and now my weight is piling back in high speed.

I need to sort it out. I did great for over the year, and now I'm back to comfort eating, simple overeating, snacking on sweets... I know, this time it will be harder, since I will have to deal not only with my own impulses, but with my boyfriend and his eating habits (unhealthy is not even strong enogh. He starts his day with sweets!). I will do it. I just need to have a look at my spark tracker to see how well I did before, to remember, how much effort I put into it. I can't let it disappear. I proved to myself I can loose weight. I just need to reach my final goal.

I want. I am ready. I can.

My Goals:
To go home at the end of April the same weight.

Run 10k in under an hour by 22/06/2014.

My Program:
1. Consume on average 1200-1550 kcal.
2. Exercise at least 3 times a week.
3. Never eat everything, just because you know you're eating out in the evening. Have bad meals, but not bad days. If that happens
4. Always get back on track after bad day!
5. Let yourself feel you emotions instead of eating them!

What you have accomplished is amazing!! 9,402 people joined the week you did, and nearly all have quit, but YOU are still working to have wonderful health and fitness, because you want to make this your BEST LIFE! emoticon As Eckhart Tolle says in "The Power of NOW" this is all we have and the time to make changes is always NOW.

If I may say so, while it's good that the "you're fat" comment motivated you to do something about it, I'd think very hard about being even just friends with someone that would make that sort of comment in that sort of manner. You know, he could have told you exactly the same thing in a much less hurtful way. That's what a friend would do. At the very least, he's incredibly insensitive, especially since he was in the same position not long ago and should have known better.

I'd also have serious doubts whether I'd want someone in my life at all who bases his assessment of people on size, weight, or something else so superficial, without taking into account the *whole* person.

Anyway, well done so far, and keep going :)
