I'm doing good. Having life challenges, but I keep pushing forward. Still no perm job, but God is Blessing me. Yes, exercise is my main stay on this journey. Even with the weight, if I exercise, at least I stay toned. It's the next best thing for you. I still don't eat right either, so I haven't lose anything, much. Had gotten into the mid 180's, but the past few weeks have have been out of control. But, we're back on track with the Fall 5% challenge, so expecting some good results. Glad to see you back.
